Yoga for Calm

A 5 week course at Glamis Adventure Playground

Every Monday 19th July - 16th August 2021

6.30 - 8.00pm 

This course teaches practical, evidence based techniques proven to promote  calm, reduce stress and anxiety and build resilience. The course focuses on  breathing as a powerful tool for psychological wellbeing and respiratory  health, combining this with gentle movement, mindfulness and guided  relaxation. 

Who is this course for?  

This course is for anyone who is experiencing stress, worry, sleep problems  or is interested in learning techniques for respiratory health following the  turmoil created by COVID. No previous experience in yoga is required.  The practices will be floor-based and include physical movement which can  be adapted for different levels of experience and mobility.  

Age limit: 16+ 


These is no fixed fee but donations to SCP are gratefully received. You can donate here.
